Payment Methods DigiVend accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and select Debit Cards. In certain cases, specifically aboutproducts/ services, you might have to supplythe details of your credit card or debit card to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard,you are liable to supply correct and exact credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services. You shall not use a credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e., in any transaction. You must have your own credit or debit card. You cannot use the credit or debit card of any third party or any other person. The information provided by you will not be used or shared with any third party unless neededabout fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/ debit card details. DigiVend disapproves all liabilities that may arise because of any unauthorized use of your credit or debit card.

Whom You Are Buying from DigiVend. DigiVend acts as the training supplying company. When you buy a seat for training, DigiVend will be managing the transaction and collect payment for itself. Order Confirmation If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same form your booking history or with the department of customer services whether or not your order has been placed.DigiVend will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you did not receive confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by DigiVend: There may be certain purchase orders that DigiVend unable to accept and might have to cancel under foreseen circumstances. DigiVend reserves the right, at the sole authority or discretion of DigiVend , to alter or change any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being ended include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing information. DigiVend may also needadded verifications or information before accepting any order. DigiVend will contact you if all or any part of your order is cancelled or if more information is needed to accept your order. Refund Policy If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into Your credit card account. A promo code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or DigiVend

Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, DigiVend reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. DigiVend will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. DigiVend has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to challenge the decision made by DigiVend and acknowledge DigiVend decision on the cancellation.

Refund Policy

As part of regular business practice, if DigiVend receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by DigiVend , DigiVend shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a stipulated time. DigiVend reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Orders' as decided by DigiVend as per certain criteria. Any DigiVend cash or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as a 'Bulk Order' if it meets the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  • Services ordered are not for own but for commercial sale.
  • Multiple orders placed for the same service at the same address through different registrations.
  • Bulk quantity of the same service isasked.
  • Irrelevant information is provided in detail.
  • Internal records are supported keeping.
  • Any malpractice is suspected while placing the order.
